**BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Due to insurance and local association guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 y/o. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. A government approved ID submission will be required to ensure that it matches the person placing the booking.

There will be a rental agreement emailed to you after booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 72 hours will result in cancellation of the booking.

A security deposit hold of $500 is required to book our beach house that takes effect before arrival. The security deposit hold is also run on the day of check out and then released 7 days after departure.

**REFUNDS:
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for weather, weather related changes, or natural disasters.

Please purchase travel insurance with trip interruption coverage for trip protection. This website offers many different insurance providers: Squaremouth or you may purchase through Owner Reservations which will be offered to you when you sign the rental agreement. **CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival (this is due to 3% non refundable credit card fee); Guest receives 47% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

We are not responsible for any items that are left behind inside the house so please do a walk through of the house before you leave.

**CAMERA AND ALARM SYSTEM DISCLOSURE:
There is a live ring doorbell camera at the front door. Tampering with these equipment are not allowed and will result in $ penalty.

**QUIET HOURS: 10PM - 7AM

** CHECK OUT:
Sea Bliss Serenity has a strict check out time of 10AM. The housekeepers will need to access the beach house at that time to prepare for the next guests and maintain our standards of cleanliness. A late check out fee of $100/hr may be charged if the housekeepers are made to wait to get into the house.

**EXTERMINATOR:
Due to the tropical climate it is in, Panama City Beach is prone to bugs and wildlife. Sea Bliss Serenity receives regular pest control services. Although regular pest control is done every other month to minimize unwanted critters from getting into the house, please keep in mind that PCB is in a tropical and that nature cannot be controlled.

Current Construction on the Regency Towers Building? Yes but will be paused for the summer. Construction til the end of March 2026 and will resume in the Fall of 2026-Spring 2027.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
